What does the application and leasing process look like?
Applying to The Reeve is simple! You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office. After application approval, the lease will be sent online as well.
How long does it take for an application to get approved?
Typically 24-48 hours. Please contact the leasing office if you need additional details.
What all do I need to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. To qualify, you'll need to provide proof of income and a valid ID. Please contact us for more info.
What income is required to qualify?
Applicants typically need a combined household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Are there any move-in specials available?
Give us a call. We'd love to discuss our current specials with you!
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes! Lease terms range from 6-18 months.
Do you require a security deposit? How is it determined?
The security deposit starts at $300 and is determined via a third-party credit check.
Do you require renter's insurance?
Yes, renter's insurance is required.
What tour options are there?
You can schedule your personalized tour with us on our website or give us a call!
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid securely through our online resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH bank transfer.
When is rent considered late?
After the 5th of the month.
What other fees am I responsible for?
Outside of your monthly rent, your utilities (based on metered usage), parking (if applicable), and the Community Bundle fee are required.
Is the community wired for high-speed internet? Who are the internet providers?
Yes. The provider is Xfinity.
Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?
Yes, our common areas come equipped with Wi-Fi.
Who do I set up electricity with?
Nashville Electric Service.
How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
You can submit a service request through the Resident Portal, located on our website, or contact our office directly.
Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
No, we do not offer furnished or corporate apartments at this time.
Do your apartments have in-home laundry?
Yes, a washer and dryer are included with every home.
Do apartments have patios/balconies?
Select homes include a patio or balcony. Contact our leasing team to learn more.
Can I hang shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
Yes, shelves, curtains, and posters are permitted. Please reach out to our front office team for a more thorough breakdown of what is permitted.
Do you have elevators?
Yes.
What is the parking like?
Garage and surface lot options are available. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.
Do you offer reserved parking?
Yes, reserved parking is available for an additional fee.
Where do I take my trash?
We offer valet trash services in addition to trash chutes being located on every level.
Is there somewhere for me to keep my bicycle secured?
There are bike lock stations on site. Don't forget to bring your lock!
Are there quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7 am.
Are pets allowed?
We are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, per month.
